Candle Care

Trim the wick to 1/8" before EVERY use! This will increase the clean burn time of your candle. Untrimmed wicks burn too hot and create soot or black smoke. Invest in a wick trimmer, use nail clippers or use your finger tips to pinch off the burnt wick.

Do not leave your candle burning unattended, near an air vent or drafty area.

Store away from direct sunlight. Cold may cause wax cracking but will not effect burn.

On first and second use your candle may not melt all the way to the edge of the vessel. Any wax tunneling will melt down on the 3-4th burn.

Do not "power burn" for more than 4 hours at a time. This could over heat the vessel.

If the flame seems high and is bouncing (over 1 inch) or you see soot or smoke, simply extinguish, let cool, trim and relight.

If flame is drowning, extinguish, use paper towel to soak up wax around wick, relight.
How Long Will My Candle Last?

2 oz candles will last 10-12 hours

Why Coconut Blend Wax?
Our Coconut Blend wax is a proprietary blend of predominately natural, organic coconut blended with a small amount of vegetable wax to help stiffen the wax and keep the wick in place.
Why Wood Wicks?
Our wood wicks produce a crackling sound, they are organic, non-toxic and eco-friendly sourced from FSC-certified mills and made in the USA.
Luxury Fragrance?
Yes, we only use phthalate-free, paraben free, vegan, pet friendly eco-conscious fragrance oils and essential oil blends. We use predominantly fragrance oils as opposed to essential oils for several reasons. Essential oils, although natural, require substantial resources to extract the necessary oils, so are less sustainable. Fragrance oils also come ready mixed, tested and approved for safety, whereas custom blends of essential oils require new SDS and flash point testing to comply with safety regulations- since mixing different essential oils can result in unknown outcomes.
Can I Reuse My Vessel?
Place your vessel in the freezer. Remove after a few hours and scoop out the wax. Wiggle the wick back and forth to remove from vessel. Clean vessel with any cleaning product. Use your vessel as a pencil holder, planter, etc.

At this time we do no offer refunds. We are committed to providing quality home products. If you have any issues with your candle, we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. If your items are lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us as well.
