At this time, we do not offer refunds. We are committed to providing quality home products. If you have any issues with your candle, we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your items are lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us as well.
